Warhammer 40,000 - Necron Overlord by KaneNash Warhammer 40,000 - Necron Overlord by KaneNash
"...For you must know others came before the Eldar, those who waged war against the ancient Thaumaturges, but their flesh could not withstand the sorceries of the Old Ones, hence they made a monstrous pact with entities which were even older than their enemies, beings which were born while Reality was young from the hearts of young stars, Necrons we call them, to reflect their aberrant nature, they are more than machines, but less than living things, deathless, they have no souls, only a terrible void where it should be, they won eternity, but what is eternity without a soul? The flesh is warm to the touch and blood carries the emotions of Life, but the machine is cold, and not even the fires of the stars they have tamed can free them from the endless cold of the void..."

"...I am the Master of the Azure Diadem, Wielder of the Sapphire Stars System, Akhatathek the Sun-Crafter, I forged new constellations and defeated gods when your ancestors scurried on four legs, Death has no command over me, kneel and you may have the glory of my dominion, resist and I will unleash upon you forces which shattered galaxy-spanning empires..."
All right, there it is, a Necron Ovelord, I had wanted to draw it from some time ago and as break from RWBY fanart, I wanted to bring back a bit of 40k grit, after all, it's a massive setting to do a lot of things.

And as ever guys and gals your donations are very welcome:

Okay, that

Looks pretty freakin' awesome. It's omnious. We don't see enought omnious things in warhammer

What can I say, that's certainly truth, the franchise sometimes streamline the apocalypse to the point where it's no longer terrifying anymore.
