A long top secret project, The Forgotten mod for C&C 3, and guess who is the concept art maker of the team?
Well, that's the reason why I didn't upload anything in long months (between others), of course it was a hard work to make not just the concept art but the logo and the banners, and remember I also got a life outside my PC.
The graphic requirements for the Forgotten demmanded to go back to the canonic figure of the classical guerrilla salvagers, of course you will find in the art of the forgotten many references to cultural icons as Mad Max, Terminator and the A-Team, along with factions and races like the own Forgotten from Tiberian Sun, the GLA, and the Orks from Warhammer 40,000.
Still, I wanted to give them the sensation they were working in extreme difficult conditions, of being truly from any part of Third World and not just from Middle East or a developed country going post-apocalyptic, also I wanted to avoid the cliche of the technocrats disguised as good rebel forces from a Hollywood movie, except for some really advanced units (were you still can find chains, patchs, and burns) all what they are in the end are marginated yet resourceful and brave people armed with old guns an gears and mounted on lots of junk converted in unstable and rude war machines.
