UPDATE: Ok, I have been reading the feedback across the web and it seems people would like something more traditional, so... Enjoy!
Here is an "upgraded" version of Tanya (no, she doesnt have wings, that's the allied logo), on the same line as what you saw in my Kirov Mk II fanart, which is of course a Warhammer 40,000 version of the usual soviet kirov!
Futuretech has managed to bring the allied forces the next generation of commando units, after capturing soviet and japanese technology and achieving success in many of their secret programs related with chronomanipulation here is the result.
Tanya now wears a power suit with integrated forcefields capable to deflect all but the heaviest ammo, also it has integrated nanomachines capable to heal her in a matter of minutes from all but the most grevious wounds, the power suit comes integrated with blink packs, allowing her to make deep strikes or tactical retreats (the device allows her two consecutive teleportations before reloading), she is armed with dual railgun pistols not only effective against enemy infantry but also against vehicles and air units, in her left hand she has a chronomanipulator, a device capable to create small stasis bubbles making an object invulnerable and fronzen for a small period of time, or erase it from existance (the closer the object is the faster it's removed, with immediate proximity making it vanish almost instantly).
I wanted to do this from long time ago, and Red Alert gives me an excellent excuse, after all, why not? In saga with time travel, beam katanas, shrinking rays, giant halberd armoured robots, mind control and psychic schoolgirls this version of Tanya looks pausible, add to that certain Warhammer 40k flavour and Singularity tech and you have a recipe for coolness. Oh, and I have no problems with her being blonde
